These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getwebdevs.com (the "Site") and any development services provided by GetWebDevs ("GetWebDevs," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
GetWebDevs provides WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify (including WooCommerce) web development services, offered on an hourly, dedicated-developer, or fixed-price basis. The specific scope, timeline, and price for any project will be confirmed in writing (email or a written quote) before work begins.
Fixed-price quotes are based on the scope described in your brief. If the scope changes materially after work begins, we will discuss any resulting adjustment to price or timeline with you before proceeding. Hourly and dedicated-developer engagements are billed according to the rate and terms agreed at the start of the engagement.
No deposit is required to receive a quote. Payment terms (timing and method) for an active engagement will be set out in your project agreement or invoice. Late payment may result in a pause of work until outstanding amounts are resolved.
Every completed project includes a 30-day bug-fix warranty from the date of launch or delivery, covering defects in the work we delivered. The warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party changes, new plugins or apps installed after delivery, hosting or infrastructure changes made outside our involvement, or new feature requests.
You agree to provide timely feedback, access, and materials (such as content, credentials, or brand assets) reasonably required for us to complete the project. Delays in providing these may affect agreed timelines.
Upon full payment for a project, ownership of the custom work product created specifically for you transfers to you, excluding any third-party software, plugins, themes, or licensed assets, which remain subject to their own licenses. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We treat client information as confidential. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA or any reasonable confidentiality agreement you require before a project begins.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetWebDevs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
Either party may terminate an active engagement with written notice as set out in the applicable project agreement. Work completed and reasonably incurred costs up to the termination date remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GetWebDevs is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
